GitLab

The CS Department now has an instance of GitLab Enterprise. It is accessible at https://gitlab.cs.tufts.edu/.  To log in, use your Tufts CS Unix login and password. You can create public or private repositories for your academic work. Please be mindful on disk space usage of your repo as it is not an unlimited resource on the server.

All repositories must be for educational or research purposes, and cannot be for-profit.

If you are working with collaborators at other institutions, and they need access to the CS GitLab instance, send mail to the systems staff requesting an account for them. Include the following information:

  • Full name
  • Contact email address
  • Preferred username
  • A brief explanation of what the account is for

If you are having difficulty with the CS GitHub instance, send mail to systems staff.
