Your Account After Graduation

Presumably, you’re accessing this page because you have, or are preparing to graduate; Congratulations!

Your EECS account does not disappear once you have graduated. Rather, so long as you continue to manage your password, your account will continue to be active and able to utilize the services which we provide.

Additionally, upon graduating, you are now allowed to choose your own EECS username, provided it is 8 characters or under and is not currently in use. This is useful for those who wish to have a more professional-looking email address. (I.E. jsmith05@eecs.tufts.edu could instead use john@eecs.tufts.edu – if it is available).

  • Please note that this account name change means a NEW account. Your old account will still exist, but as a separate account.

Please email staff@eecs.tufts.edu for any/all questions.
